I do not like to charge a cancellation fee and have clients pay for a service they have not received. For all of us, things happen in life i.e. Human medical emergencies, family and friends in need (interstate or overseas). Your dog is unwell and currently being cared for at your veterinary clinic! Please do keep in mind that I provide a "one on one" service so it is only your dog who is booked in for his/ her training session. You will not be charged if you cancel my service, however I would like to ask you kindly to notify me of the cancellation at your earliest convenience. This will allow me the opportunity to re-organise your appointment and my work schedule. If a cancellation becomes a frequent occurrence, I would need to discuss an arrangement with you, to assist with our loss of scheduled work. In respect, for similar reasons, should I not be able to honour my service for the day I will contact you at my earliest convenience to allow you the opportunity to cancel or reschedule the service. I do not provide puppy classes, as all my services are one-on-one private sessions. I work with you / your family and your puppy individually and ideally you would also attend puppy classes during the first 16 weeks of their life. If you are not in the position to do both, then I do recommend puppy classes during and up to 16 weeks of age. Additional one-on-one training can then be done at a later stage in their lives.
